What is our refund policy? All registration sales are final unless due to travel or medical emergency, upon which all refunds will be assessed case-by-case. This also includes the digital streaming pass.

 

Is there a waiting list? Regretfully, No. Due to limited seating, we will not offer a waiting list this year. 

 

Are we offering a Digital Streaming Pass? Yes! We are presenting a digital streaming pass allowing you to view all the services live and on-demand for $99. Please note that the service will play throughout (including worship) for one week and then be edited to that session’s message.

• Access: If you purchase a Digital Streaming Pass and for some reason cannot find your confirmation email or access code, please visit https://brushfire.com/my for instant access to the Conference!

• As a gift, when you purchase a Digital Streaming Pass, you will immediately have access to the messages from Habitation Conference 2022! These sessions will only be available until this year's conference begins on August 2, 2023.

What time do the doors open? Conference Badge pick-up begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 2nd. Doors open to the sanctuary approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before each session.

 

What is the attire? COME COMFORTABLE. Also, take advantage of getting t-shirts and other conference merchandise from the Deeper Store.

Is conference transportation provided from the Residence Inn? Yes! For those interested in being shuttled from the host hotel (The Residence Inn) to Deeper Fellowship Church, please complete this form, and we will get back to you with more information. Hotel Transportation Pass Form

 

Is there parking available at the church location? Parking at Deeper Fellowship Church is very limited. However, we have arranged for guests to park near the church facility with a shuttle service. For those who possess a handicap placard or require parking due to special needs, please complete this form so we can send you more information about parking instructions. Parking Request Form

Will childcare be provided? Unfortunately, we will not be facilitating childcare during the conference. Each registration represents one seat (one badge) for all three conference days. Because of this, lap-sitting is permitted. Strollers can not be allowed due to space constraints.

Does the cost of lunch cover both Thursday & Friday?  Yes! The total cost for lunch is $25 for both days.

 

Does my registration guarantee me a seat in the sanctuary for all sessions? Absolutely, Yes! Your registration guarantees you a seat in the sanctuary to experience the conference. Overflow seating is not being offered for this conference. 

 

Are we offering group rates for the conference? Unfortunately, we are not offering group rates for this year’s conference.
